Shipping, Refunds & Returns Policy
Overview:
This Phil Daniels Art Shop site offers Landscapes and Wildlife Art. Both Original paintings (where available) and Limited Edition prints. Plus some gift products, such as Greeting Cards and Jigsaws etc.
Original paintings use various mediums across Oil, Acrylic, Pastel or Airbrush. What and how they are created is stated on the item description. Some of which may be framed, behind glass.
Shipping Method:
All items are dispatched by Royal Mail tracked 48-hour service from dispatch. Allow 1-3 working days for dispatch. Although extremely large originals in frames are to be discussed.
Prints:
– A3+ (19” x 13”) (483mm x 330mm) 200gsm Innova Fine Art Paper
– Normally sold loose, bagged, rolled, packaged in 80mm diameter postal tubes.
– Ready for mounting and framing.
Loose prints are dispatched by Royal Mail tracked 48-hour service from dispatch. Allow 1-3 working days for dispatch. Therefore by normal delivery you will not receive the item up until 5 working days. However it is always the intention to dispatch same day.
The cost of this service to UK mainland is £3.95
Which will be applied at checkout. Multiple prints as one order will not incur further delivery charges.
International orders can be dependent on location but a typical USA/Australia cost is £12.00

Originals:
Small canvases (ie up to 16” square etc) can be dispatched in double cardboard boxing via Royal Mail parcel 48 hour tracked. Since they are light and have no glass framing.
The UK Medium Parcel cost is £7.00
International Cost is £20
Large framed originals, behind glass in frames are VERY difficult to send on a carrier. This CAN be done, but in order to prevent transit damage involves creating a wooden crate and a lot of packing. Naturally the cost can be extremely high, dependant on the item and your location. Please contact to discuss. Collection is always available.
Returns:
Returns are only for defective products. Returns cannot be made for any other reason than damage in transit, or the product being faulty or incorrect.
If we mistakenly shipped you the wrong item or the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us (standard 2nd class shipping charge with proof of postage) and the cost of shipping you a replacement (if possible). Please allow up to 14 days for any refunds to be processed.
Note: In the event of international orders for prints, there may not need be a return, but proof will be required of the items condition to allow reimbursement to you and for claims on Royal Mail.
